Buckeye TeleSystem Private Line Service provides broadband dedicated service to businesses in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. As with all of our products, this transport is offered at capacities ranging from the DS-1 (1.544Mbps or 24 voice-grade lines) level to OC-48 (2.4Gbps or 32,256 voice-grade lines).

Our core network infrastructure is made of redundant SONET rings, which provide the highest degree of reliability for your services. Buckeye TeleSystem owns the responsibility to deliver absolute satisfaction to our customers; therefore, we monitor your service 24 hours a day, seven days a week at our local Network Operations Center. We can see any network anomaly, often resolving it before our customers realize there was a problem. Buckeye TeleSystem would rather call our customers and notify them of a problem than have them call us. That's complete customer service.
