The 18,000-square-foot Network Operations Center is the control center for the entire Northwest Ohio network. It houses the network monitoring system, which registers any changes or problems on a 7- by 10-foot video screen. If a problem should occur, a monster V12 diesel generator restores power within eight seconds of an outage. This Uninterruptible Power Supply guards against electrical spikes and maintains operation of all network electronics, including your service.
